Here's the deal: we're super picky (or passionate, as we prefer) and we only serve the absolute best brews. How do we know? Well, we refer to the scale of the independent organization called Specialty Coffee Association. The higher the points, the more complexity in flavor and taste. It needs at least 80 points to be labeled "Specialty Coffee" and our coffee always scores 80 or above.
So, when you grab a coffee from us, you're guaranteed world-class quality every time!

We ourselves source and roast all the coffee we serve
All the coffee we serve at our shops across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Germany are roasted by our passionate roast masters at our very own roastery, located in Länna, just outside Sweden's capital city Stockholm. Every bean is a masterpiece. In 2017, we have build new facilities to setup the most modern roastery for Specialty Coffee in Europe.
It takes time – but it's worth waiting for! At our roastery you find passionate, coffee-loving people who believe in producing and serving the best coffee in the world. We're committed to craft roasting, using a slow roasting method with individually conceived roast profiles to ensure that every batch of beans is roasted to perfection. Roasting slowly and at low temperatures preserves the unique aroma and fantastic taste of each individual coffee variety.
